| Professor Katz's research and teaching center on the special issues that organizations face as they expand beyond their national boundaries -- from how to best manage a multinational team to ways in which companies must adjust marketing strategies. Her current work focuses on the development of business, government, and civil society relationships across the world (often linked to corporate social responsiblity, a.k.a. global citizenship), and on the ways in which culture affects peoples' perceptions. | |
