| David Zalaznick is a founding and managing partner of Jordan / Zalaznick Capital Company and The Jordan Company, LLC. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Carmike Cinemas, AmeriKing Corporation, American Safety Razor, GEAR for Sports, and Jordan Industries. In addition, he serves on the boards of the private companies in which he and his partners have investments. During the course of his career, Mr. Zalaznick has been involved in more than 70 acquisitions. David and his partners are the investment advisers to JZ EQUITY PARTNERS PLC, a London-based investment trust that is dedicated to investing in mezzanine and equity securities. | |
