Before founding High Bar Capital, Chris was at Ventro, a B2B marketplace builder and operator, in their business development group. There he identified causes of slow revenue growth in existing verticals, developed segmentation analysis and led teams from concept to execution on revenue generation opportunities in new vertical segments. Additionally, he was responsible for identifying acquisition candidates and leading the due diligence team for growth opportunities in existing verticals.
Prior to Ventro, Chris was part of the founding team at OnCare, a nationwide oncology physician practice management company. There he worked for the CEO on research and strategy development projects and founded a special operations group focused on facilitating relationships with the 800 plus physician partners and employees. Earlier in his career, Chris was at OTN, a specialty distribution company working as the founding member of the Management Associate Program where he worked for senior management and rotated through each phase of business operations.
Chris earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Cornell University and a MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
