| Mr. McNair is a Senior Managing Director of Corinthian Capital Group, LLC, a middle market private equity firm based in New York, NY. Mr. McNair is head of Corinthian Capitals Chicago, IL office. From 2000 to 2005, he was a Managing Director of Lincolnshire Management, Inc., a middle market private equity firm with over $800 million under management. Previously, Mr. McNair was President of McNair, Reed & Company, LLC and a Senior Vice President and member of the Board of Directors at Jordan Industries, Inc., an operating-oriented private equity firm based in Chicago, IL. For over eight years at Jordan Industries, Mr. McNair was head of the Business Development Department, and he was directly involved in over 30 transactions with combined revenues in excess of $700 million. Mr. McNair also spent five years in investment banking at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated and Manufacturers Hanover Merchant Banking Group. Mr. McNair is a graduate of Yale University with a B.A. degree in both the History of Art and Administrative Sciences and of Cornell University's Johnson School with a M.B.A. | |
