Robert Felton is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Indus International, the world's leading enterprise asset management software provider. Formed as a result of a merger of The Indus Group and TSW International, Felton led the team that successfully merged the two firms. Before the merger, Felton was the founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and venture capitalist for The Indus Group. In 1996, he led The Indus Group through its initial public offering.  Before his Indus experience, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of TERA Corporation and later President of Felton Enterprises.  Felton received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Washington.  Following his graduation from Cornell, Felton entered the US Navy and distinguished himself by qualifying in record time for submarines and as a nuclear engineer.  He served in Vietnam and was awarded a citation for service on Submarine Force Pacific Fleet staff as a nuclear specialist.
