| Scott Belsky is an entrepreneur with a passion for studying and serving the creative professional community. Scott is the founder of Behance, an effort to promote productivity in the creative community. Prior to leading Behance, Scott was an Associate at Goldman Sachs working in the Pine Street Group - a small global team focused on leadership development, business strategy, and strengthening key client relationships. While in Pine Street, Scott led a number of client service initiatives as well as the group's branding and communications strategy. Prior to this role, Scott worked for two years in European Research Sales in the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Scott was Co-Founder and President of Live Big Enterprises, a sportswear and corporate clothing company. Live Big was featured in Newsweek and Business Week Online in 2001, and the brand was sold in the summer of 2002. Scott serves on the Advisory Council for Entrepreneurship@Cornell, sits on the Board of Reboot, and is an active member of various non-profit organizations through his role as a Director of the Kaplan Family Foundation. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University where he focused on Environmental Economics and Entrepreneurship. While at Cornell, Scott led the Cornell Entrepreneur Organization, the Student Assembly Finance Commission, and founded the first Ivy League Investment Club Conference while President of Cornell's investment club. Scott is currently pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School. He is an avid reader, aspiring writer, plays the guitar for kicks, and resides in New York City. |
